These terms cover this website. They don't cover the management service itself — if we end up working together, that's a separate written agreement, and it's the one that matters.

This website is operated by Loquin Hospitality, a trade name of 14140036 Canada Inc. ("Loquin", "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

This site is information, not an offer

Nothing on this website is a contract, a quote, or a binding offer to manage your property. Sending the inquiry form doesn't create a client relationship, and neither does our reply.

A management relationship starts only when both sides sign a written management agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

About the performance figures

The ratings, review counts, occupancy, and earnings comparisons shown on this site describe units we currently manage, over the period stated next to them. They are historical, and they are specific to those units, those buildings, and that market at that time.

They are not a forecast for your unit and not a guarantee of any result. What a property earns depends on its building, layout, furnishing, seasonality, City of Toronto rules, platform policy, and market conditions — most of which neither of us controls.

Any range or projection we give you for your own unit is an estimate prepared in good faith from comparable listings. It is an opinion, not a promise, and you should treat it as one input into your own decision.

This isn't professional advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. Short-term rental rules in Toronto are real and they change — registration, night limits, the Municipal Accommodation Tax, condominium by-laws and your own lease or mortgage terms may all apply to you. We'll tell you what we know and what we handle, but you should get your own professional advice before committing.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and share links to it. Please don't:

Copy the text, photographs, or design for your own commercial use
Scrape or bulk-download the site, or use it to train a model
Submit false information, someone else's contact details, or a property you have no interest in
Attempt to disrupt the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission

What belongs to whom

The Loquin name, wordmark, site design, copy, and all photography of the units we manage belong to us or are used with permission. The Airbnb name, the Bélo symbol, the Superhost and Guest Favourite marks belong to Airbnb, Inc. The badges and icons on this site are our own renditions in our own palette, used to describe status on our listings — they are not Airbnb's official assets, and nothing here implies Airbnb endorses us.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to our Airbnb host profile, for example — those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we don't control what they do or what they show.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, and we date the figures so you can see how fresh they are. Even so, the site is provided "as is": we don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Loquin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on the general information it contains. This clause is about the website. It does not limit anything we owe you under a signed management agreement, and it does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for fraud.

Privacy

How we handle what you send through the inquiry form is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in effect.
